Each course includes a recommended tool list, but you don't need to purchase everything at once. We provide guidance on essential items to start with and suggest upgrades as your skills develop. Many basic tools can be found in most kitchens, and we offer tool packages for convenience.
How long does it take to complete a course?
Course completion varies by individual pace and practice time. Most students complete the Foundation course in 4-6 weeks with regular practice. The Complete course typically takes 8-12 weeks, whilst the Professional level can take 3-6 months depending on your commitment level and practice schedule.
Is there ongoing support after course completion?
Yes! All course graduates receive access to our alumni community, monthly recipe updates, and ongoing email support. Complete and Professional course students also get access to quarterly live Q&A sessions with our chef instructors.
